I contacted Sally when I saw an advertisement for a position that I was very interested in. The position was a senior management position and required a careful and structured approach to recruitment as well as to my own negotiations. What is the main thing we value as consumers from a company? It's service, it's a product and most importantly it's loyalty. In the past I've never really received amazing service from a recruitment firm or service worth remembering.
